Dawson Forest Reservoir proposed on Shoal Creek feeding the Etowah River

Anyone have any more details on this? Looks like they want to build a reservoir on Shoal Creek (different that the Shoal Creek shown on this site) that feeds the Etowah River (Georgia) between Hwy 9 in Dawsonville and the Kelly Bridge takeout. They aren't building a dam on the Etowah, just a descent size creek that feeds it. Then they plan on piping the water to Atlanta (from the Coosa river basin to the Chattahochee river basin).
