Color problem with river summary page

I just noticed some lines on the river summary page for a state (WV in this case) where the background color is bright yellow and the text is white -- making it very difficult to read. The problem is not consistent as some lies are the same shade of yellow but the text is black.

The text on the legend at the top of the page is also white for "below recommended" and "high runnable".
