What does everyone registered on the AW site (at least the ones
I've looked at) have a date registered going back to 1969?
I know some of us are old. But 1969 is even before the ARPAnet started.
Date Registered: 12/31/1969 11:00PM
(If I was to hazzard a guess. I'll bet the field is empty and a null value
is 12/31/69.)
So why 1969 and not some other date as the initial value?

The forum software is 3rd party and there was a blank field we didn't have. I think the default is maybe -1, which in epoch is 1969. I could have picked 1985, but I think it would have all been the same.
