| Application Instructions: | There is one application form for the four big permit rivers in Idaho. You can mail it in to any of the offices but it has to be received by the close of business on Jan 31st. You can also fax with a credit card number but make sure the office you send it to accepts credit cards. Off-season permits available by telephone reservation. |
