| Initial Report: | Anthony Suozzo, 26, launched a canoe at Stockton with two friends at midnight. The boat flipped on an eddyline behind a bridge pier at the Lambertville, putting all 3 minb in 35 degree water. No PFD's were used. They made it ashore. He did not. |
