Guadalupe
River
near
San Antonio, Texas
is the most popular rafting and tubing run in the state. On Saturday, July 8, 1995 Water Goodman, 31, was killed while paddling a two-man raft in the vicinity of
Camp
Hueco
. He was apparently straddling the tube with one foot dangling in the water. His foot, in passing, became wedged between two rocks. He was dragged off the raft and pulled under water. His partner was unable to help.

| Conclusions: | ANALYSIS: While this sketchy account raises many questions, it seems clear that this foot entrapment and would not have happened if Mr. Goodman had followed normal practice and kept his feet inside the boat.
