| Initial Report: | There was a tubing death in the Satan's Kingdom Gorge of Conneticut's Farmington River. At normal summer flows this stretch is rated class II. Newspapers reported that the victim, Mary Neville, 57, was wearing a life vest when she disappeared suddenly in fast water. She was held under for 15 minutes before being released. A foot entrapment is suspected. |
