| Summary: | Scott A. Sapp, 28, drowned on the Little Miami River near Cincinnati, Ohio, on June 22, 2003 when he fell out of a canoe. He was paddling with two friends on the river which was swollen from recent rains. His body was recovered a mile downstream. It is not known whether he was wearing a PFD. |
