| Initial Report: | There was a commercial fatality on Northern California's Cache Creek on September 9th. Apparently a woman's life jacket was torn off after she fell out of a raft on a guide -assisted trip. We have yet to get a good account of this tragedy, and anyone with good information is urged to write us. |
