Army Corps Announces NB Potomac Release
The Army Corps of Engineers recently announced a Water Quality release from Jennings Randolph Lake that will be held on August 28-29, 2010. They plan to release a flow of 850 to 1000 cfs for about 30 hours beginning on Saturday morning and continuing until early Sunday afternoon. The actual release rate will be determined a few days before the release. This planned release could be cancelled if there is a high water event in the next few weeks.
