Colorado River Basin Next Steps: Clear as a Mountain Stream

Last week's release of the Colorado River Basin Study "Moving Forward" report prompted some good conversation about next steps, which isn't a moment too soon.

AW believes it's time to move past talk to action in the basin, and especially action on water conservation. Conservation is the cheapest, simplest and most effective way to bridge the large and growing gap between river water supplies and demands.
