A release of a boatable flow will be released on this day (900cfs) unless unforeseen circumstances prohibit releases. There are many potential inflow-triggered releases (weekends April 1- July 14) but this release is scheduled to take place regardless of inflow. Dates of scheduled releases are 4/11/09, 4/25/09, 5/31/09, and 7/12/09. Call 1-800-547-1501 for information.

Issue:

These releases were negotiated by American Whitewater staff and volunteers. Intense ecological analysis is taking place in 2008, 2009, and 2010 to determine the best release scenarios.
