As of April 9th, 2008 the road has been plowed from Beckler River Road up and around Jack's Pass to a point downstream of the Galena bridge, but not all the way to the upper washout. This is according to the skyko.org website which is run by one of the folks who lives up there. The site's primary mission is to provide information to landowners of the area on road conditions and general conditions as well as ongoing efforts to get the washouts repaired and the road fully functional again.
