For some reason I can't post or answer to the Streamkeeper Forum.
I can on other forums though. Not sure why.

I wanted to post info on a new bug. It seems the "directions" tab
doesn't show up for any of the rivers in Quebec any more. This
started happening sometime in December or January.
(I'm also testing, to see whether or not I can post to the ST forum or not.)

Ryan fixed the access, it was a permissions issue. (Thanks.)

We get these weird permissions burps on the forums from time to time.

Is it possible that the "directions" tab has been 'turned off' for non-USA reaches, since the directions function (as well as most of the "map" functions) rely on weblinks which are USA-centric (I.E., do not work for many locations outside of the USA)?

Yeah. So, what is going on has to do with the zip code. No zip code no weather, directions or other US-based services. Sorry.

Can I put in a plea to allow 6 character zip codes? Pretty-please???

The directions for Canada were working great until they were turned off.
Is it really necessary to turn off Directions is the zip code is missing?

I do have Canadian postal codes for all the rivers that could easily be
put in if the site allowed it. (Note: They are all combinations of letters and
numbers. Not just all numbers like here in the US.)

Would it break anything major if suddenly weird zip codes appeared?

For a test if you wanted, the postal code for the Jacques-Cartier area
is: "G0A 4P0".

Skip, our May update will likely allow 6-digit zips as well as proper support for Canada.

Thank you for your support.
