For those who have noticed, there is a kayaker friend who has purchased a lot along Glenns Crk in Millville. Justin Thompson has put in an incredible amount of work over the last 3 or so months, to get the lot ready to build a new house on it. He had to demo the existing structure. I have stopped by to talk with Justin over this period and some of us have been excited to have a friend with a lot on the creek very close to our current takeout. However, there has been an unfortunate turn in events at that site:
A looney neighbor has posted the back end of Justin's lot as if he owns the land along the creek and has been running off anyone on that strip of land.
Justin had to have the site re-surveyed to verify his lot's boundaries.
His neighbor does not own the strip, according to the survey.
At this point, however, Justin has just decided that he doesn't need this kind of trouble and is planning to sell the lot. It has the for sale realtor's sign on the lot.
BUT the neighbor has been building a "sidewalk" INTO the creek behind his house.
I know this is not legal without the proper permitting process. Who is our contact to report this guy and hopefully at least make it real hard for this character to proceed without hitting him in the pocketbook. . . . . . .
Anybody in Div of Water know ? Lloyd ? Jimmy Dee ?
Remember when Kraz had someone show at the Silver Crk area where Minerich was guilty of messing with the creek bed ?
