Hey,

I just wanted to let any of you fellow mountain bikers know that this weekend sat and sun there is a trail cleanup at Capital View Park. Capital City Cycles and Kymba are working together with Subaru to sponser the event so if you happen to be heading to town or would like to head to town to help out. Please do. Winter and Rain are always hard on the trails. Also the more people to show up the better than maybe we can get subaru to sponser our next creek clean up!

Hope to see you on the creek or on the trails this weekend. For directions or more info go to www.capitalcitycyclesweb.net

Heather

Be sure to patronize Capitol City Cycles when you're in Frankfort too. Troy Hearn is a one-man-show running a really cool little bike store in Frankfort. He's only been in business about a year and he would really appreciate any business you want to throw his way. So, when in Frankfort on a cycling mission, drop in and give him your business.

Not the same two people, but here is a good movie clip about two other IMBA trail crew members and its a good watch to get a feel for the work these people do and the life they lead.

Need Quicktime.
