To whom it may concern,

Purely by accident, I just stumbled across a pdf document within the AW Forum that contains personal contact information for a lot of our members. Many of the persons are from the spring clinic last year, and a few are not (like Mike Molnar). I suspect it may have some relationship to some document I produced at some point, but I have no idea how this particular document got created and posted in this location. I don't want to post a link to it on the public forum, but I do want to speak to someone at AW who can help me figure out this mystery.

The document contains names, addresses, phone numbers and email for 37 individuals and couples.

This is the page that I glued into the back of the handbooks. I don't remember ever sending it out and I'm working on deleting it.
