Barry and I have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home on Westwood Court (which is across Nicholasville Rd. from the football stadium) that will be for rent very soon. It has an awesome fenced back yard, new appliances in the kitchen, garage(perfect for storing boating gear), and also boast the largest red oak tree in Fayette County (UK forestry dept. can apparently verify this). It is partially furnished, or the furniture could be removed if you have your own. This neighborhood is a fairly quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance from UK, but is mixed with students, faculty and community. Westwood Ct. backs up to a very cool city park as well. Beel what a great idea. If we don't rent our house in Lex the BWA could absolutely hold meetings/parties there. As an incentive we could give the club a special BWA rent rate - how's a keg/ month sound?
