O.K. neither of the items I need to sell are related to paddling, however, if I sell either of them, I'll have money for the gear I need, so I thought it would be o.k. to post on this forum.

House:
Located in the premier kayaking neighborhood in Lexington (Hanley, Jackie, jBob, the Leachmans, and others are all close by!), in the Rosemont Garden area. Home is a bungalow built in 1925: 1800 sq. ft, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a detached two car garage. It is within walking and biking distance to UK. Shoot me an e-mail if you are house hunting or know of someone who is. If you buy the house, I'll throw in the mandolin for free.

Mandolin:
Fender Mandolin A-style FM53S in perfect shape. Probably has <15 hours playing time on it. Bought for $399.00 in 2001 or 2002. Will include a stand, case (the case is a bit old-school, I found it used at a store in Washington, D.C.), and tuner.

It hasn't been played in years and will therefore need new strings. Yours for the low BWA-discounted price of $200. Again, shoot me an e-mail if you are interested.
