I would just like to post that I had the time of my life this weekend. I must make special note of Kim's "run em all and let god sort em out" attitude. Also I would like to thank Brandon. It's not ofter you have the pleasure to meet someone with such a great attitude and love of life. I wanna boat with you dude! I also would like to throw you in the riverspinning smiley sticking its tongue out. May your throw bags hit the swimmers you love.

Many thanks to our fearless leader, jBob! Also big thanks to everyone else in the group who had the pleasure of chasing down my boat, paddle, body, and confidence more times than I wish to disclose. Despite my inability to remain upright, I had a great time on the river. It was wonderful to be in such a beautiful place with such lovely people. Can't wait to get back out!

Hug fest...

When a chase/rescue boater swims, its gonna be a fun day. Kim and JBob decided to stay in their boats all day, but I thought the day was perfect for a swim. I'm just glad others agreed.

Team Chuckles was in full effect on saturday. The sun came out, Bethany got plenty of triathlon training (swimming, hiking and paddling), and the BSF is now my favorite trip. Colorado can keep that ice cold runoff, give me bathtub water and southern sunshine!

JBob, Its days like that and people like yall that have made me appreciate the simple things again. Beers and brats on me next time, as long as you don't toss me.

End hug fest.

The Jolly Green JBob had a magic twinkle in his eye and a big grin on his face during the entire run. I couldn't tell if he was in his element and thoroughly enjoying the run or if he was daydreaming about tossing the Wee people. Thoughts of the being tossed scared me...so I stayed in my boat.

JBob,
Thank you for taking a chance on us noobs and providing that opportunity. I will never forget it.

Elizabeth,
I couldn't have picked a better person to introduce me to kayaking. You always help make each new step a smooth transition. I'm a grateful possum.
