River Links

Boaters grab your boats and gear! On Saturday, May 2^nd, we expect to see a river alive with kayaks, rafts, canoes, inflatable kayaks, and cat-rafts. We want boaters on every reach of the Green River -- from Headworks to Whitney Bridge -- and perhaps even farther downstream, with sea-kayaks on the Duwamish.

During the 2007/2008 paddling season AW is collecting data on flow preferences for the Green River, WA. For the next few months we will be conducting a survey of boater experiences at different flows. If you have run the Green this season please take the survey each time you paddle the river. We will be using these data as part of a study on recreational flow needs on the Green River.
