BuRec Reopens Lower Blue River below Green Mountain Dam (CO)

AW volunteers have successfully helped restore access to the Lower Blue! The Bu Rec reopened the access on JULY 5th, 2002 between 8am and 7pm daily. This was one of several whitewater rivers around the country closed immediately after 9/11.
