| Application Instructions: | As of 2003 a new permit reservation
system is in place (no more lottery). To
reserve a date you can start calling two
months prior to your anticipated date. Launch dates
will
be allotted by telephone on a
first-come, first-served basis (call between 8 am and
12 pm, M-F). For
launches during the peak season, the
fee must be paid 30 days prior to
launch or when you make your
reservation. |
