Description: The access at BZ Corners was privately owned for many years. While this worked well, there were questions regarding long- term access to the site. When the owner was interested in selling their land, the Trust for Public Land negotiated a transaction and secured federal Land and Water Conservation Funding to bring this key parcel into public ownership.
