On October 19th, 2001 the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission revoked a preliminary permit they had granted for the construction of a new dam and diversion project on Northern Idaho’s Boundary Creek. American Whitewater fought the proposed project from its first introduction, and played a critical role in its defeat.
