Account The take-out for the Selway is on the gravel bar on river right at the confluence with Meadow Creek which comes in from river left. This is at mile 18.8 on Forest Road 223 and less than a mile above Selway Falls. Rock Island Rapid is the second of two class III rapids on this reach. It is one mile up from Boyd Creek Campground and visible from the road.
