An R2 descent of the center line at Toby's. The paddle out from Canyon Creek on Merwin Reservoir. It's a rough scramble up the bank at the take-out. PacifiCorp is scheduled to install a staircase as part of recreation enhancements associated with the new license for hydroelectric projects on the Lewis River. A full parking lot at the Canyon Creek take-out during the Canyon Creek Race 2008.
