Account	Video taken of Ohiopyle Falls on 9 Sept, 2004, after remnants of Hurricane Frances passed over the Youghiogheny/Cheat River basin. The USGS Confluence gage (03081000) peaked around 6AM at ~8.8ft/~14000cfs. The chalkboard at the Ohiopyle Lower Youghiogheny put-in listed the level (at about noon) as 10.06ft. Minimum raft size was listed at 15.0 ft, but nobody was exactly scrambling to put on. The video is rotated "portrait" mode. Turn the screen 90 deg.
