Report

Account Beautiful Greer Spring - The "boil". Greer, 2nd largest in Mo, provides 2/3 of the flow of the 11 Point, and ice cold water, giving this river natural trout stream....no dams The 11 Point has several "float camps" accessible only by canoe. This one is at the Greer Access. Fun class II, one of the best on the river The classic American summer float stream, perfect for canoe/camping Greer Spring, Missouri's 2nd largest, fed by this stream from the cave, then immediately below, most of the water comes from the boil - see pic.. Greer Spring Access @ Hwy 19, next bridge crossing is 19 M downstream, on the National Scenic river The guidebooks tell us how scarce the gravel bars are....persistence will usually find you the perfect spot like this...
