River Description
The put-in may be reached from US 119 via CR 119/5. The take-out can be reached from Smithtown via
CR 36. The easiest takeout is just beyond a bridge crossing Whiteday Creek about a 1/2 mile before
the confluence of the Monongahela River. This last 1/2 mile is slack water from the Opeska Lock and
Dam located just downstream on the Monongahela.

alot of spots, ~6' would be needed to get rid of all scrapes I believe. Edit
this was a great level to run with some rapids around a (-III), but a very good rush, if you manage
to fall in it's not a bad swim, just watch your butt on the rocks! At 4-6' it is a great run for
exciting II's, trip total time little over an hour or so, very nice little run after work, easy
put-in and a nice beachy type bank at take-out Edit
last bridge. At 7' it is crossable, anything less is a trapping hazzard. Edit
