If the draught we are in ever clears up and this is runnable again, watch out for the barbed wire
fences near where the road crosses the creek. The land owner at that particular ford has been known
to put up anything to restrict access to the creek. He's not particularly against boaters, but more
so against people hiking/driving/partying up the creek during lower waters. Just keep an eye out
for barbed wire fences as you're paddling this creek.
On the Frankfort Ford to 1268 section of the Jessamine creek at the end of the blind "s" turn rapid
there is a fairly large tree down that is now a river wide strainer. Be very carefull and scout
this rapid until you hear otherwise.
