Gauge Information

Gauge Description:

Flow in this river tends to be adequate most of the year due to a number of springs, including Missouri's second largest (Greer Spring). The gauge is right at the suggested take-out, thus very accurately reflects flow (at least for the later portions of this reach). The river may certainly be floated at much lower levels, but you should be prepared to scrape across many of the shoals.
