At 350, the falls may be do-able, but very 'boney'. Boats are likely to 'grunge out' on the bedrock.
At levels above 1000, the lead-in to the upper falls will become increasingly pushy.
The lower falls is subject to being completely 'swallowed up' by the lake below!
