Bruce Fleckenstein
Ran at 7 feet on the Rockville gauge (about 1280 cfs). From the Thorton bridge (about a half mile downstream from the Pa. border), the run is mostly class 1. There is a long pool above the dam. Nothing deserves a class 3 rating.
