Fortymile, Middle Fork and North Fork, |

| Usual Difficulty | II(III) (may vary with level) |
|---|---|
| Length | 46 Miles |
The run requires a bush plane flight out of Tok to Joseph Airstrip on the Middle Fork. About halfway into the trip you join the North Fork, and then later the South Fork. The trip includes Bald Eagle Rapids, The Chute, The Kink (a site, ususally portaged, where miners blasted a shortcut for the river at a meander bend so they could work the river bed), and The Falls. River runners can continue downstream and run the Fortymile River out to the Yukon River, including a loop through Canada, and finish off the trip in Eagle.
