River Description

Information from Greg and Sue Hanlon's Steep Creeks of New England, which has more info on this run. Text used with permission.

Directions to the putin: from I-93, take Exit 32 to Rte. 112 W. Take 112 to Rte. 118 South. Follow past the road on your right which leads to the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge. As the river parallels the road, the putin is where the river is close to the road.
To takeout: follow 118 S until it crosses the Baker River.

Warning: like most steep creeks, this run tends to collect logs.
