This is a small Creek with a rock bottom, some small rapids and rock banks. The current is fast all the way and if you don't stop to play it is a short fast run. At low to medium levels this is a good beginner stream with some small waves to surf , some eddies to catch and a few rocks to dodge. At high flows it gets pushy with nice sized waves and eddies along the banks but watch out for trees. The creek runs through a nice woods that is public property.
This makes a good warm up for the bigger rapids on the Wabash and has the same take out. Mostly a class 1+ except at high water.

Watch out for trees on this one
On March-15-08 there were two trees down. After you run the third small ledge you will come to an island, take the right side. There is a tree blocking most of the left side
Down a ways there is also a tree on the right, it is not hard to miss just watch for it and run left. At high water this can be mostly under water and hard to spot.
