Cited gauge is 102 miles downstream of the put-in, but should provide adequate reference for this reach as well. MN DNR brochure suggests "3 feet or lower indicates most rapids are too shallow for easy passage". From USGS data, 3' corresponds to about 375cfs, so that has been used as a suggested minimum.
