It was a good flow for the gorge but the Flume itself was too low. The left (where most of the water goes) drops into a horrible pothole. The right (a 25-30 foot drop through a narrow notch) would have been runnable with a little more water. We did a 20+ foot seal launch on the cliff on the right. The drop above the Flume (a narrowly constricted 15-foot double drop) was still pretty heavy at this low flow and would probably be real beefy with more water. Demon Falls (just downstream of the Flume) was a fun 8-10 foot drop. Overall, this is a pretty cool park-n-huck that would be great to combine with the White Face section--probably would be pretty good at 1000 cfs on the Au Sable gauge. StreamTeam Status: unverified
