There are two miles of class IV rapids from Eightmile Creek to Asbestos Falls (falls are unrunnable). This stretch can be accessed along FR 2060 which leaves FR 20 across from Clear Creek Campground. The run parallels the road and starts where FR 2060 crosses Clear Creek. Alternatively, you can hike and boat your way upstream from the Sauk confluence to paddle a couple rapids. lat/long approximate by Tiger Map server. StreamTeam Status: unverified
