There is a nice surf wave about 300 yds upstream from Zeeb Rd. and about 2 miles upstream from Delhi.
<br />
<br />
There is another nice little spot about a 1/2 mile further up stream at the railroad tressle.
<br />
<br />
Both have reasonably good surf waves and stern squirt potential at flows above 500 cfs. The local clubs use these spots for instruction.
<br />
<br />
The rapids at Delhi offers great eddy practice for beginners with a half dozen tight eddies and small drops spread along its 150 yd length. But it gets pretty boney below 400 cfs.
<br />
<br />
Tubbs, 3/4 mile below Delhi, washes out into a series of near river wide wave trains above 800 cfs.
