River Description

Put in at the Reedy Fork Rd bridge.  Parking is tight in the road right-of-way.  Take out at Griffin Mill Rd.

Shuttle Directions:  From the putin, go west (away from Fork Shoals Rd) on Reedy Fork Rd.  At the first stop sign, turn left onto Griffin Mill Rd.  The takeout is at the first bridge.

This is runnable only during heavy rains.  If the creek extends bank to bank at the putin, it is runnable.  If you can see exposed rocks in the creek, it is too low.

This slide drops six vertical feet.  Run it down the middle. Punch through the hole at the bottom. This hole is a good play spot at moderate water levels and becomes keeper at higher levels.

Most of the water flows far right.  A line far left is also possible.  The middle may be scrapy.

Griffin's Run (Class II+, Mile 0.7)
This series of closely packed class II ledges extend 0.2 miles to the takeout.
