I was there a couple times that year. There were a couple of farmers on Rockhouse Branch that were stunned to see a couple boaters on such a small stream. One guy said he'd been there all his life and never seen anyone boat Rockhouse Branch. Mountain Creek was twice the volume of Rockhouse, and had several good ledges. Shuttle is long!
