Floated Bear Valley Creek for about 6 miles on 7/5/2008. We took out about 5 miles above the Elk Creek confluence. Very narrow class I-II float through wildflower fields and sparse trees. Unique and very scenic, no wood problems, only one II rapid. Excellent camping in the valley along the creek. --Brian Vogt Edit
