We kayaked the river on Sunday Sept. 16, 2007. The gauge read 114 for Sat. and 102 for Sunday. The water level was excellent. The height read over 5.5 ft. All rapids were full of water and we only hit rocks we failed to stear around. We've done the river twice this summer and both trips were wonderful. We saw many kingfishers and herons.
