For anyone else who can't find this (like me, until a minute ago), it's just east of Cumberland, near route 220.

If you want whitewater, the first 2.1 miles, to Hazen Road near the PA/MD line, is by far the best. It is basically class II+, through a lovely gorge. After that, everything is anticlimactic, and the creek is mainly class I.
