Gauge Description:

The gauge is located on the river's right bank about 50 yards up stream of the US 276 / US 76 bridge, just before the Pisgah Forest entrance. To get a good reading, go over the US 276 / US 76 bridge, and on the right hand side will be a good pull off. Walk up stream to the guage. Looking at it from the left river bank is hard to read, bring a pair of binoculars.
