Paddlers generally use the bridge gauge at the park. This does not directly correlate to the internet readings althought the volumes can be thought of as accurate. A well used formula is "park gauge = online gauge -1.5 feet" so 3' on the internet will be equivalent to 1.5 feet at the park. Here is the Online Guage.

Standard Spring/Fall release is 750 cfs.
