Gauge

Gauge Description:

The Gauge information given above is for the Powell River. If the Powell is 800 cfs and rising, there's a chance that Little Stony is running. Check the IFLOWS gauges for rainfall and check #1059 Robinson Knob in Wise County, VA. 1.5" will usually create 18-24 hours of flow. TheThe maximum flow is just a guess. -- Mostly it is a visual thing, if it looks like there is enough water in the first 1/8 mi. of rapids then there will be plenty of water for the entire run. If the Little Stony looks borderline, check out the Guest...there should be plenty of water there.

Like most little ones, this dog don't hunt unless there's been PLENTY of rain in the area.
