Gauge Description:
This is a new gauge, don't have exact flow patterns yet, so if you make a run on this reach, post the level, date, and time of your run here.An indicator of rainfall in the area can be found at Maple Gap #1034
This gauge is located at the head of Cove Creek.
During the Fall/Winter/Spring look for 1.5"+ of rainfall. During Summer months look for upward of 2" of rainfall for a run.
Also the Powell @ Big Stone Gap gauge can be used to determine water level. Look for 1500cfs and rising.
